Green tools Mandolin slicer

With the Green tools mandolin you can slice fruit and vegetables quickly and easily into thin, uniform slices. From the smallest nutmeg to large Portobello mushrooms. The mandolin comes with a dual holder with three compartments. The three different compartments ensure that you can slice vegetables down to the smallest end-stump.

The screw at the back of the mandolin can be adjusted to change the slicing thickness. Simply turn the dial on the underside of the mandolin. The rubber retainers on the base stabilise the mandolin and the robust, ergonomic handle ensures a comfortable, secure grip.
