The sauté pan offers a wealth of possibilities; you can fry, braise, sauté and even prepare sauces, stews and other one-pot dishes. The high, straight sides ensure that even liquid food stays where it belongs - even during vigorous stirring. The body of the sauté pan is made from 90% recycled post-consumer stainless steel. The inside of the sauté pan is coated with a ceramic Slip-Let® coating that effectively prevents food from sticking or becoming burnt on, making both cooking and cleaning easier. The sauté pan can withstand temperatures up to 400°C, is scratch-resistant and works on all heat sources. Dishwasher safe.
